Cancellation Policy

Sessions are generally 60 minutes in duration and delivered online or in person, depending on the preference of the client. 
 

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
